Why I Started PS Brandfluence: My Journey to Building a Creator-Led Agency
Every agency has an origin story. Mine didn't start in a boardroom or with a business plan on a napkin. It started in an Austrian classroom, grew through my years in London, and finally clicked into place after four years of working remotely with brands across Europe.
This is the story of how PS Brandfluence came to life — and why I genuinely believe creators are reshaping how brands connect with people.
It Started in Austria: Falling in Love with Marketing
I studied at a high school of tourism and marketing in Austria, and looking back, that's where everything began. While most teenagers were still figuring out what they wanted to do, I was already drawn into the world of how brands tell stories, how destinations attract people, and how the right message can move someone to act.
I didn't just study it. I genuinely loved it.
Tourism taught me something that still shapes my work today: people don't buy products, they buy experiences and feelings. A hotel isn't a building — it's a weekend you'll remember. A restaurant isn't a menu — it's the night you celebrated something. That mindset became the foundation of how I think about every campaign I touch.
London Changed Everything
After Austria, I moved to London. If you've ever lived there, you know — London isn't just a city, it's a global crossroads. Every culture, every industry, every kind of creative energy is packed into a few square miles.
London taught me lessons no classroom could:
How fast-moving brands actually operate behind the scenes
How diverse audiences respond to different kinds of content
How to navigate creative work in a high-pressure, international environment
How to think bigger than a single market
It was overwhelming, exciting, and exactly what I needed. London sharpened my eye for what makes marketing work — and what makes it forgettable.
Three Years of Remote Work: Seeing the Pattern
For the past three years, I've worked virtually with clients across different industries. Different brands, different countries, different briefs — but one pattern kept showing up:
Companies today desperately need a real social presence, and most of them don't know how to build one.
I worked on campaigns I'm genuinely proud of — campaigns that performed, campaigns that connected with audiences, campaigns where the data backed up the creative. And along the way, I noticed two things:
I was good at this. Really good at it.
I loved doing it.
That combination is rare, and you don't ignore it when it shows up.
The Breaking Point: Why I Launched PS Brandfluence
By the time I was ready to start my own agency, I already had what most founders spend years trying to build — a network of trusted creators and influencers across Europe. Real relationships. People I'd worked with, vouched for, and seen deliver.
That was the breaking point. I realized I wasn't starting from zero. I was already running an informal version of an agency — I just hadn't put a name on it yet.
So I did. PS Brandfluence is the result.
What PS Brandfluence Stands For
PS Brandfluence is a creator-led marketing agency built on a simple idea: brands grow faster when they work with the right creators, in the right way, with strategy behind every post.
We focus on:
Authentic creator partnerships — not random influencer lists, but matches that actually fit the brand
Campaigns that perform — creative work tied to real goals and measurable outcomes
A European creator network — built over years, not bought from a database
Honest collaboration — with brands and creators alike
Growing Slowly, On Purpose
Here's something I want to be honest about: I'm growing PS Brandfluence slowly, and that's a choice.
I'd rather build something that lasts than chase every client and burn out the quality. Every brand we work with gets real attention. Every creator we partner with is someone we believe in. That's the standard, and slow growth is what protects it.
Doing What I Love
Looking back at the path — Austria, London, four years of remote campaigns, and now PS Brandfluence — it all connects. The tourism school taught me storytelling. London taught me scale. Remote work taught me what brands actually need. The network came naturally because I genuinely care about the people in it.
Now I get to do what I love every day: connect great brands with great creators and build campaigns that mean something.
If you're a brand looking to grow your social presence, or a creator who wants to work with companies that respect your craft — I'd love to hear from you.
This is just the beginning.
